Service at Cascade

Cascade Bikes offers repair and maintenance services for most bikes.

All assessments and estimates are provided in-person on a walk in basis. Once your bike has been assessed, an estimated time frame or appointment will be provided.

Estimates and service appointments only provided after an in-person assessment of your bike and cannot be completed via phone. 

Cascade makes every effort to perform minor services and adjustments on-the-spot, however time frames are subject to variations in existing work orders, availability of parts and complexity of task. 

Tune-Up Package Options

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Exceptions

We are a full-service shop and try to approach every situation with a helpful spirit. However, there are some exceptions we have to make in order to keep our staff and our customers safe. We can work on any E-bike that has a power system from the following brands. Bosch, Shimano, Specialized, Fazua, Brose, Ananda, SR Suntour, TQ, Yamaha.
If you have an E-Bike that does not have a power system from the manufactures listed above, we are still able to work on the bicycle related components on it. We require that the bike has the battery removed. We cannot trouble shoot power systems that we do not have supporting software for. All repair assessments are at the discretion of the evaluating mechanic and we reserve the right to refuse a repair for any reason.

Cascade cannot work on moped style e-bikes and cannot work on scooters. We understand that it can be challenging to find shops that can service these products and apologize for any inconvenience. We are available to discuss other local resources that may be more relevant to your needs.
