Service at Cascade

Cascade Bikes offers repair and maintenance services for most bikes.

All assessments and estimates are provided in-person on a walk in basis. Once your bike has been assessed, an estimated time frame or appointment will be provided.

Estimates and service appointments only provided after an in-person assessment of your bike and cannot be completed via phone. 

Cascade makes every effort to perform minor services and adjustments on-the-spot, however time frames are subject to variations in existing work orders, availability of parts and complexity of task. 

Tune-Up Package Options

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Exceptions

We only work on E-bikes that are manufactured by our list of approved vendors, this list is as follow: Specialized, Kona, Giant, Liv, Scott, Devinci, Orbea, Norco, Rocky Mountain, Santa Cruz, Cannondale, Trek, Bianchi, Bulls, Breezer, Canyon, Fuji, Cube, Electra, Focus, Ghost, Co-op, Hai-Bike, Niner, Raleigh, Urban Arrow, Yuba, Felt, Commencal, YT, Mondraker, Pivot, Intense, Marin, Momentum,  Diamondback, I-zip. All repair assessments are at the discretion of the evaluating mechanic and we reserve the right to refuse a repair for any reason.

Cascade cannot work on other e-bikes and cannot work on scooters. We understand that it can be challenging to find shops that can service these products and apologize for any inconvenience. We are available to discuss other local resources that may be more relevant to your needs.
